What guarantee do you have on the jewelries?
We offer 1 year guarantee for every product after purchase. If there is any problem with your item we will repair it free of charge. You only need to pay for the cost of delivery of the item to our office.
Can i send back the item if i do not like it?
Until 30 days after your purchase you can send your item(s) back to us no questions asked. After we inspected the item and we can see it is in it's original condition, you can either get your money back, or you can exchange the item to another design.

How can i track my order?Once we ship your order, you will receive an E-mail notification with your tracking number. Use that number on GLS's site to track your order.

How is the quality of the jewelries?

It is very important for us to work with the best materials. This is why we only use the best quality 925 sterling silver.

What if the item i would like to order is not on stock?
Write us a message and let us know which item you would like to order. We will then notify you once the item is available again.
